Increasing Commitments

It’s well known that country agreements under the Paris Agreement fall well short of what might achieve the stated goal(s) of limiting average global temperature increases to 2o C or even 1.5o C. Coming five years after the Paris Agreement, COP 26 is supposed to review the status of commitments, and increase them as needed.
